Trader Joe's Chocolate Coconut Macaroons

This is Day Three of Cookie Week. 


I love these. Rich chocolate outside; soft, sweet, full-flavored coconut inside. How could I not love them?

Nitpicking: The chocolate is a little too soft and melts too easily while you're holding it. But so what?


Will I buy it again? 

Yes. I want more.
