Sadly Trader Joe's in Monterey, Ca no longer carries it...PEOPLE Just need to be educated about this delicious 'Spinach' it us referred to as Mt. Instead it's either a red-leaved form of vegetable amaranth (Amaranthus spp.) or Orach (Atriplex hortensis).
