The filo dough turned out excellent--flaky and delicious. But the goodness pretty much ends there. The filling is completely dominated by cheese, with the tomato and olive components relegated to minor supporting roles. I'm not a fan of olives, so I'm OK with that part being subdued. But more tangy sweetness from good tomatoes would have made this a much more successful product.
Will I buy it again?
No. Nina and I each ate two of these, but the last four in the package went into the trash, as neither of us wanted to have more of them.
