I find it difficult to distinguish any one wheat pasta from another, except on the basis of shape. If you lined this up with 10 other fusilli pastas, I would probably notice that it's somewhat darker, probably because of being from whole wheat rather than bleached wheat, but other than that, I'd have a hard time telling that there was anything different about it.
Will I buy it again?
Sure. I like fusilli better than spaghetti, just because it holds onto sauce better and it's physically easier to eat neatly. And this is as good as any.
