Honestly, I thought this was going to be pretty terrible--all gimmick, no quality. I was mightily surprised to find, instead, that it was the best rendition of white chocolate I can remember ever eating.
What the label calls "cookies crumbs" are something crunchy, though I kind of doubt they're literally what's claimed. They add a wonderful contrasting texture, while the "sprinkles" add whimsical color.
I've never been much of a fan of white chocolate, but this was good enough to win me over to the non-dark side.
Will I buy it again?
Yes!
Seriously?? Hhmm. I dislike white "chocolate " with some intensity but now I'm thinking this is worth a try since at least TJs will give me a refund if i hate it..,

AGREED TROCKWOOD (I miss you!!! Your fun comments always made me smile.)
DeleteI have been afraid to buy this bar, thinking it would taste, ummm, "questionably". But now that I see you like it, I am getting brave enough to give it a go.
I came to your blog seeing what you thought of CAULIFLOWER PIZZA CRUST! I just posted my review on my blog, and I am dying to see your opinion of it. :) I will keep hunting, cuz I am guessing you have had it.
I saw your review of the cauliflower pizza crust (and I've seen several others, too). I would like to try it, but I've checked half a dozen times, and they're always out. Some people are apparently buying them all as soon as they put them out for sale.
