This frozen pizza is surprising because it's not terrible. The crust is actually kind of an amazing wonder of modern food technology: made of cauliflower, but not dominated by a cauliflower taste, and with a completely normal--even commendable--thin-crust-pizza texture. Nina and I both thought that the cheese and tomato sauce were acceptable, but nothing to brag about. That crust, though, has a lot of potential.
Will I buy it again?
No. But it's easily the best gluten-free frozen pizza I've had, and I'd readily recommend it to somebody who needed to keep gluten-free.
