Very flavorful--surprisingly so, in fact. I liked it so much that it will become my new default shredded cheese, displacing the Shredded Sharp Cheddar.
The only odd thing about this product is the astoundingly dull packaging. This is not typical of Trader Joe's whimsy. Its plainness reminds me of the generic black-and-white packaging fad of the 1970s.
Will I buy it again?
Often.
