I've had this twice now. Nina and I each bought it separately. She served it with a tomato sauce and fake ground beef. I served it with just butter.
Surprisingly, the latter worked better. Somehow, the lemon clashed with the tomato/meat sauce. It seemed too strongly lemony. But with just butter, it seemed toned down, in a better ratio with the cheese.
Will I buy it again?
Probably not. I like the
arugula, the
cauliflower, and the
goat cheese/tomato versions better than this one, so I think I would always pick one of those over this.
