This is the best-tasting shredded mozzarella I've ever had--fresh and flavorful. It's my new standard. On those occasions when I'm making a pizza at home, this is what I will put on it, abjuring all other similar products.
Will I buy it again?

ReplyDeleteJust watched America's Test Kitchen. They recommend not buying low moisture mozzarella because good mozzarella should be high in moisture for better taste and melting. Also, whole milk is preferred as opposed to part skim milk. Lastly they suggest buying block of mozzarella as opposed to pre-shredded since the latter is coated with either starch or cellulose which makes a dry cheese.
