I gather that this is suppose to be a more healthful alternative to standard cookies. And I assume that it achieves that goal. But it does so at the cost of tasting good. It's just not as sweet as a cookie should be. It's probably not quite into the cardboard/sawdust zone, but it's much closer to that territory than a cookie should be.
Will I buy it again?

Oh no, somehow the choco chip version is really bad! The peanut butter flavor is much better, not especially sweet but good pb flavor and the snickerdoodle is another good one. i love that they are dairy free and easy on the tummy
