These are very soft cookies--to the point that they stick together. There is some actual pumpkin in the recipe, in the form of "pumpkin flakes," but you'll be hard-pressed to detect it. The flavor is dominated by the standard blend of "pumpkin spice": nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon, and clove. It's pleasant enough, but all just boring and predictable.
Will I buy it again?
