Canned corn is an abomination. I grew up on a farm where we raised several acres of sweet corn. Every year we picked and shucked corn for hours, and froze hundreds of bags of corn, just like God intended. If you want to eat mushy, tasteless, salty canned corn, which is pretty much the essence of Hell, be my guest.
Well for us people without farms this works for adding into soups or cornbread batter, but not something i enjoy as is for a side dish. (The roasted version from yesterday's review has potential to fill all my frozen corn needs though) Ttrockwood
