This is another in the seemingly endless lineup of cheddars that Trader Joe's will sell you. It's perfectly decent: flavorful, not too mild, not too sharp, slices well. It's basically a good, solid, middle-of-the-road white cheddar.
Will I buy it again?
Sure. I wouldn't call it a favorite, but I also have no objections to it.
Umm... is new zealand known for their cheddar....? Huh. Nice to have the organic option but there must be like a dozen cheddar cheeses now!
