Your passionate ambivalence has inspired me to rush right out--well, maybe stop on the way home from brunch if we're over that way and the store doesn't look too busy from the storm shoppers--and perhaps buy this or another pasta for a casserole this week.
For a while, they didn't have this brand (with the distinctive blue), but had a couple of different ones, also from Italy. They weren't nearly as good (slightly slimy texture) and had longer cooking times. Yay for the return of the blue capellini.
