This is Day Five of Indian Food Week:
This is the second of three canned Indian sauces that Trader Joe's released several weeks ago.
It's acceptable, but dull. Its flavor is Indian, but toned way down to the point of lifelessness. I blame that damned Blandification Committee.
Will I buy it again?
No.
