Trader Joe's Organic Garden Lasagne With Grilled Vegetables
This is atypical lasagna. First, there's no meat, nor even any meat substitute protein source. Second, it's thin, as you can tell from the photo on the package. Third, there's much less cheese than I'm used to seeing. Fourth, the vegetables are not minced, but are presented in fairly large chunks--most prominently, zucchini and broccoli.
I did not particularly care for the result. It wasn't awful, and I ate my half willingly, but it did not excite me in any way, nor make me want to buy another box in the future.
Will I buy it again?
No.
