This is perfectly decent white cheddar--but I don't understand why Trader Joe's sells it. TJ's is weirdly and massively redundant in the white cheddar department, with lots of choices that are barely distinguishable from each other, and this is just another of them.
I have no idea what they mean by the "East Coast bite" referred to on the label. Nothing bit me.
Will I buy it again?
No.
I'll give you an East Coast bite!
ReplyDeleteI literally keep notes on what cheeses you like because I don’t (can’t) have cheese yet it’s easy to bring to gatherings. But seriously the cheese wall at TJs is overwhelming!
ReplyDeleteIt’s like the cheddar cheese buyer and tortilla chip buyer follow the same “just offer everything” approach ;))
