Trader Joe's Asiago Cheese




I don't think I've ever bought or eaten straight Asiago cheese before this, though I've had Trader Joe's version with rosemary and olive oil. I've also had it in blends, like in TJ's Quattro Formaggio.

I like it by itself. It's mild but distinctive, quite hard but not crumbly.


Will I buy it again? 

Yes.
