I generally absolutely hate all frozen (and especially canned) vegetables - with the rare exception of trader joe’s frozen haricot vert, those ultra thin delicate french green beans that are usually quite expensive and somewhat difficult to find fresh and in good condition, TJs frozen ones are a fantastic value. Much to my surprise they maintain their firm texture and aren’t total moosh, i like to saute them quickly with a splash of olive oil and some minced garlic. Ttrockwood

These beans have been a staple for me. However, they have been out of stock for months. Why?
