I buy both the olive oil and the coconut oil sprays, they don't have any funky ingredients and seem to last forever! Half the cost of other brands (that do have funky ingredients) is another huge plus of course. I love using a generous spray of the coconut oil when i sauté greens , although for a large volume of greens i use a spoon of the coconut oil from the jar. Good stuff. Ttrockwood
