It's weird to mix French and English in the name of a product. But once you get past that, these are just like TJ's Organic Carrots of Many Colors, except smaller. Which means that they're also just like ordinary carrots, except smaller and prettier.
Will I buy it again?
Not for everyday use. But on occasion, when I want to fancy up a dinner for guests, sure.
I found these carrots tougher and less enjoyable than others.
ReplyDeleteSlice them in half length wise and roast. Then they're delicious. That's what I did, added some olive oil, garlic salt, and herbs and they came out delicious.
DeleteThese were fantastic when roasted , then i topped them with the new vegan cashew pesto (which is amazing!). Definitely would buy again for company, for myself i don't care enough and will stick to the regular baby carrots since i eat a lot of them those are a better value.
