These are, as you might expect, just tiny pieces of toast. The Trader Joe's Blandification Committee exerted its full influence over this product. It's not that they taste bad, just that they have next to no flavor at all. If all you want is a neutral vehicle on which to carry a slice of cheese to your mouth, these will do the job. But you deserve better than that.
Will I buy it again?
No. The world is too full of delicious and interesting crackers to waste time and money on dull ones.

Melba cracker: why? I have never understood why anyone could be bothered
with melba toast. It is unutterably dull. They are just flat, unseasoned
croutons. Life is too short for this nonsense.
Hmmm.....you nailed it, though. It's a delivery system. Sometimes with a really great cheese or dip, the flavors of either get lost with the flavor of the cracker or chip. Sometimes if the two 'pair well', its a great combo, but sometimes you just want a neutral 'crunch' without any flavor, that can swing between holding peanut butter or a strong hummus. These do that for me anyway.
